How can the (not-so) Supreme Court allow "renditions" to continue, in light of their overt criminality? How can the legal systems/governments of our allies, in the countries where we kidnap these innocent people, not rise up to stop us from carrying out renditions? I know that Italy has indicted our CIA employees for renditions on their soil. What does the World Court say about this practice?
